This original, super easy and delicious recipe is from Cooking Light magazine: they had a bad time as a magazine for a while (about 2 years ago) but I think they have improved a lot and now they are a high quality magazine with wonderful recipes: I look forward to receiving my new issue in the mail because they always have a number of recipes that I want to try! Adventures on cooking CSA's (Community Supported Agriculture) unexpected ingredients, or any yummy, interesting food. I use organic, local, whole, non processed foods as much as possible.
I love fresh herbs and different foods, such as ox tail and yak! (as long as I know where they came from and that its grass fed) :)
Hopefully I can always answer my husband's daily question... What's for dinner?
