I think it’s time I introduce my husband, the inspiration for the creation of this blog: he calls me everyday around 5 pm to say hi, and of course, to ask “What’s for dinner?”. His name is Desmond Lynn (Des), he’s Irish, he’s a very patient person and a sweetie. He jams at Fado’ Irish Pub, LoDo Denver every Monday night. He says he plays the fiddle. J
Welcome
Adventures on cooking CSA's (Community Supported Agriculture) unexpected ingredients, or any yummy, interesting food. I use organic, local, whole, non processed foods as much as possible.
I love fresh herbs and different foods, such as ox tail and yak! (as long as I know where they came from and that its grass fed) :)
Hopefully I can always answer my husband's daily question... What's for dinner?
