So I love polenta. And it’s so easy to make. Easier than oatmeal. So today I made this healthy yet delicious breakfast for Des and I. Sorry I don’t have a recipe, but you can check the polenta recipe here. I steamed the spinach, poached the egg (just put a little vinegar in the water) and sprinkled with some parmesan. Yum.
Welcome
Adventures on cooking CSA's (Community Supported Agriculture) unexpected ingredients, or any yummy, interesting food. I use organic, local, whole, non processed foods as much as possible.
I love fresh herbs and different foods, such as ox tail and yak! (as long as I know where they came from and that its grass fed) :)
Hopefully I can always answer my husband's daily question... What's for dinner?
